We serve homeowners and businesses throughout North Atlanta and Metro Atlanta, including Woodstock, Canton, Alpharetta, Milton, Cumming, Roswell, Johns Creek, Kennesaw, Acworth, Marietta, Smyrna, Ball Ground, Holly Springs, and surrounding Cherokee, Cobb, and Fulton counties. Do I need to be home when the technician arrives?

You or an authorized adult should be present at the start of the appointment to let the technician in, do a walkthrough, and confirm what's being cleaned. For the remainder of the appointment, you don't need to be present as long as the technician has access to the space. Let us know at booking if your situation requires special access arrangements.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance for standard appointments. For urgent needs — pre-listing cleans or tight tenant turnovers — call 404-860-1222 directly, as we can sometimes accommodate same-week or short-notice bookings depending on availability. The online booking calendar only shows confirmed available windows.

What should I do to prepare before my cleaning appointment?

Clear personal items, breakables, and small objects from the areas being cleaned. For carpet cleaning, remove toys, cords, and anything on the floor. For upholstery, clear the surfaces of blankets, pillows, and personal items. You don't need to pre-clean — that's what we're there for. For detailed room preparation, our confirmation email will include specific guidance for your service type.

What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Call 404-860-1222 or reply to your confirmation email to make changes. We understand things come up — we'll work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule.
